1. SPONSOR

The Seal Wound Care Tag a First Responder Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by BC3 Technologies, Inc., 3701-A Southwestern Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21229 ("Sponsor"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Seal Wound Care Facebook page (facebook.com/BC3technologies) or Instagram page (@sealwoundcare) and locate the official Tag a First Responder Giveaway post.

To enter, comment on the official giveaway post and tag one or more official first responder agencies or organizations in the comments. Eligible agencies include, but are not limited to, police departments, sheriff's offices, fire departments, EMS agencies, emergency medical services, ambulance services, search and rescue organizations, military units, veterans organizations, hospitals, and other public safety agencies.

Each unique eligible agency account tagged counts as one (1) entry. Entrants may submit multiple comments and tag multiple unique eligible agencies during the Sweepstakes Period. However, each eligible agency account may only be counted once per entrant across the entire Sweepstakes. Duplicate tags of the same agency by the same entrant will not receive additional entries.

Tags must reference active, publicly identifiable social media accounts belonging to eligible first responder agencies or organizations. Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a tagged account qualifies as an eligible first responder agency or organization.

Entries generated by script, macro, bots, or other automated means, or entries that contain spam, fake accounts, or ineligible tags, will be disqualified. By submitting an entry, entrant represents and warrants that the entry complies with these Official Rules.

Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, lost, late, misdirected, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of any entry to be received.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

One (1) SEAL First Aid Kit (approximate retail value as listed on sealwoundcare.com at the time of award).

In addition, the Grand Prize Winner may designate one (1) first responder they tagged in their qualifying entry to also receive:

One (1) SEAL First Aid Kit (approximate retail value as listed on sealwoundcare.com at the time of award).

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: Two (2) SEAL First Aid Kits at the retail price listed on sealwoundcare.com at the time of award.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received.

6. WINNER SELECTION

On or about July 31, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered within three (3) business days of the winner selection date. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

To claim their prize, winners must provide a valid shipping address within the contiguous United States within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for unclaimed prizes.

8. DESIGNATED FIRST RESPONDER PRIZE

Each winner may designate the first responder they tagged in their qualifying entry to receive an additional SEAL First Aid Kit. The winner must provide the first responder's name and a valid shipping address within the contiguous United States within forty-eight (48) hours of winner notification. Sponsor is not responsible for fulfilling prizes to designated first responders who cannot be contacted or do not provide a valid shipping address within the required timeframe.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

10. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used only for administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at sealwoundcare.com/privacy.

11. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), including Facebook and Instagram.

By entering, all participants release Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes. All questions and comments regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta.

12. DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.

13. WINNERS LIST
